三、 收集学生优秀作品制度 Collection System
为了顺利收到全校每个班级的学生优秀作品，规定所有语文教师、美术及书法教师
按下表所列准时将每个班级的的最好的 3 份作品 (collect 3 best good essay / arts works

from each class according schedule) 交到相关负责老师手上，有关安排如下：－

四、 请负责老师筛选老师们交上的学生作品，属于优秀作品的才在学年结束前交给编辑
室，并确保这些作品没有错别字等错误。
Teacher in charge are required to choose works which handed in by teachers. Only excellent
works are able to send to the Editorial Office regarding without any mistakes.

五、请负责老师按时将老师们交上来的作品数量列表电邮给校长、副校长及相关教研
组老师。
Teacher in charge are required to list the submission of students’ excellent works and

email to Principal, Vice Principal and respective group teachers.
